We proudly ship worldwide! However, some remote areas may have limited shipping options. If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you via email.

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📍 Estimated Shipping Times:

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The estimated delivery times below are for international orders, as calculated from the date your order is shipped:

  • Economy Shipping: 15-30 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 11-14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

What Are My Shipping Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Please note: While we offer different shipping speed options, the exact carrier used (e.g., USPS, DHL, CJpacket, specific postal services) may vary based on your location, product type, and our fulfillment partner's discretion to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery. The service level (Economy, Standard, Express) and estimated delivery time will remain as selected.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for all international orders are calculated on the cart page and at checkout based on your chosen service level (Economy, Standard, or Express) and your order's total value. We offer tiered pricing to provide you with the best value: 

  • Economy Shipping: FREE for all orders.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Orders $0.00–$99.99: $9.50
    • Orders $100.00 and up: $4.50
  • Express Shipping:
    • Orders $0.00–$99.99: $14.50
    • Orders $100.00–$199.99: $13.50
    • Orders $200.00 and up: FREE

We no longer offer free standard shipping on all local orders, as all orders are processed as international from our fulfillment partners.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order https://pinkneystore.com/pages/track-your-order.

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

📦 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
